      a) Target groups: Pupils in the 9th year of school / further apprentices
      b) Methods:
      - inter-active measures for the preparation for the world of work
      - Co-operations with schools
      c) Main objectives
      - Coaching for potential applicants
      - Support of gaining Soft-skills
      - Recruiting of fitting apprentices for enterprises that employ apprentices
      - Image-work for enterprises that employ apprentices
      d) Activities:
      - Project-presentations for parents
      - Impulse days at schools
      - Actiontours through enterprises that employ apprentices
      e) Expected outcomes:
      - Firms get the wanted number of motivated apprentices
      - Need of young workers is covered through the project.
