A project done in Denmark and France

A) Tutors - Key persons within companies are selected and trained to take care of receiving and integrating of new colleagues with regard to the social as well as the practical dimensions of the company and the job

B)

C) In brief the purpose of this project is to equip specific persons for the function of tutors, i.e. taking care of the integration of new employees in the companies. The essence of the Tutors function is

• That new employees experience every situation when received at the new place of work as positive and well prepared

• That every new colleague is guided easily and smoothly into his or her job function

• That new employees as well as old employees are satisfied with the working climate

• That the employees are retained in the company

D) The main activities of the project is the course that the tutor most undergo. After the course the main activities is the work as a tutor that is defined as the main activities.

E) The expected outcome of the project is to educate tutors who will make it easier for newly employed people. Look at the objectives. .
