in den ersten 4 Jahren bis 2002 wurden von rund 400 Beratern zu rund 24.000 Jugendlichen Kontakt aufgenommen, mit ca. 18.500 davon wurde ein individueller Entwicklungsplan erarbeitet, rund 9.400 oder 40 % aller Kontaktierten sind in Arbeit gegangen. Mit Ende 2002 nehmen 12.800 Jugendliche aktiv an der Initiative teil..

Short description:
a) Young person in North Rhine-Westphalia, in particular long-term unemployed person
b) personal consultation of the young people, development of individual development plans, properly matching switching on a job, with long-term unemployed people young person also further individual support, in to help them that they are able to be in the job market (e.g. language courses, care of children, debtor consultation; concrete search of jobs by specialists of the chambers to bring labour costs subsidies for the enterprises for the first occupation year
c) to bring long-term unemployed person young person in work
d) job search, individually tailored advice and support, compare with b)
e) to bring long-term unemployed person young person in North-Rhine/Westphalia in work.
