Short description:

This project supports international on-the-job training placements of practical nurses, hairdressers and beauty therapists and develops their vocational skills. The project will also encourage entrepreneurship by offering students a course in the subject. During preparation phase, entrepreneurs will participate in designing the contents of on-the-job placements and will pass information about the needs of employers to training institutions. The project is reciprocal and partners include three Finnish training institutions from Espoo and Imatra.

Placements: 30 students to Ireland, Britain, Germany or Estonia for four weeks..
