a) Target group: to it belong persons, who have a technical basis qualification, and/or over a vocational practice of several years and want to offer from itself their work on independent basis within the range enterprise-referred services.

-employees, who want to change into the entrepreneurship
b) Methods: Development of a training program, which is aligned by independent ones completely to the need, which work without employees. Contents are prepared to 50% on e-Learning-basis and to 50% face on face training. All contents are aligned to one-person enterprises. The three emphasis of the training program are
-Economic basic knowledge (Business skills)
-Handling itself and other one (soft skills)
-Practical organization (Practical organization)
That means in terms of economic basic knowledge a reduction of contents to those within the range, which are really relevant for the target group. For the personality- and social competences contents are developed for the one person and the handling with others.
The topics "networking, co-working in projects and teamwork in the virtual enterprise around the situation concerning orders are to be worked on consciously as contents. In the organizational-practical part both the practical office organization is covered at home and on the way by means of modern communication technologies and flexible modules about time and family management are prepared.
c) Principal purposes: Training modules are developed, in which work-looking for on the way to the one person enterprises are accompanied. The development of the job market is not to be stopped, the project wants work-lookings for the future of the work, which today already begin to prepare. The SOLOCOM project wants to use the chances of atypical conditions of employment in particular the "new" independent work. This group falls exactly between employees and entrepreneurs.
