a) Target group: Vocational advisers, personality coaches, (older) unemployed persons with different professional experience, weamon, also reentering persons, training planners in public and private institutions.
b) Methods: 13 partners with scientific, educational and technical know-how from altogether 9 countries cooperate in the project. Execution of a comparative demand analysis. Production of a Face to Face and a e-learning-curriculum in the participating countries.
As well as that curriculum encloses further a field research phase for participants, there new occupation profiles in the knowledge and information society, virtual self learning modules (CD Rome, Web based training) with tasks, which are to be mastered of participant inside between the Face to Face modules, ares searched for
.
In several countries a test phase takes place, in which methods are to be tested and improve the curriculum. An accompanying evaluation gives individual countries a view over the different experiences and basic conditions of the information.
c) Principal purposes: In the partner countries the training for occupation orientation, and of coaches and vocational advisers are different, own trainings for career and/or occupation orientation and coaches are often missing. Goals, which are pursued with the project, concern the following emphasis:
-Theoretical background to the job market and unemployment
-work satisfaction
- new forms of occupation.
