Short description:
The project <<Clues to improve the european systems of vocational orientation>> aims at developing training intended for t teachers of Spain, Greece and Denmark so promoting, to improve and optimize the orientation of the pupils before their insertion in the world of work.
The objective is to give the pupils competences which will enable them on the one hand to obtain a work and on the other hand to change work easily if the need arises.
The principal objective of the European project is to give a teacher training which will be considered by the teachers a help and a support that they will be able themselves to bring to their pupils. This training claims to accentuate the formation in its totality; it does not want to only insist on on the intellectual elements which will facilitate the search for an employment but it wants to also hold account of the aspects social, cultural, physical and pedagogic which can have an influence on the search of an employment and which it is necessary to work to improve the chances of the young people on the labour market.
The institutions will develop the training jointly continues starting from their personal individual experiments and curricula; it will develop jointly from those of new prospects and innovating teaching approaches which will form the base of the continuous training.
The countries tests will receive, successively during three European years, 25 teachers in order to get to them this training within action 3.2. of Comenius.
