Short description:

Target group: 70 graduate people from 7 schools
Other: teachers, career guides, staff in the schools,
companies , employers' organisations, employment authorities,
occupational organizations

The goal: new training model to contribute the transition from school to work

6-12 months, "trainee" in work, the flexible
transfer from school to the work. The student get salary and the option that the work continues after the "trainee" -period
