b)c)d) Interdisciplinary thinking has the function of pre-training for further education and takes place in sequences to be used in several lessons in the area of individual education in apprenticeship and research. Interdisciplinary learning and teaching needs fitting circumstances in methods, didactic, in defined studies and its lessons and functions starting with the time, when experts are able to co-operate with each other in their lessons. The main goal of interdisciplinary work is innovation in current educational institutions.
With the example of the teacher education in vocational orientation was shown an alternative in working together in different lessons in thinking and activities in combination with awareness of problems and self evaluation as well as in creative and flexible thinking.
The data were gained through research, self evaluation, observation and interviews as well as through medical tests and analysis of contents.
Education in health and vocational orientation show an experiences process, that is mainly placed in the period of development and growing up and is part of each young people history. Support in different ways - lessons, reality confrontations and advices - belong to the wide spread measures of arrangements in school and outside school.
In a common sense with the area "Vocational orientation" is combined a process of searching and finding. In the current education field this process is accompanied with certain steering mechanisms. (Lessons, observations, confrontations, practice days / weeks, advice systems, parents work). A special responsibility lays here in the teacher education (APS-Lehramt für Berufsorientierung) with interdisciplinary aspects.. |
