Short description:
As part of the project students of the Secondary Vocational School of Food Industry in Jelenia Góra will make a placement in a German company specialising in the production of chilled fruit and vegetable products. Thy will have an opportunity to see the practical aspects of processing and preparing fruit and vegetable products, pre-freezing processing , freezing and storing methods, and waste management strategies. The knowledge and experience gained during the placement will contribute to the rising of students qualification and enhance their skills, which will increase their employability in the context of the rapid changing labour market .
