Short description:

a)long-term-unemployed young people under 25 year olds

c) Intermediary of working-places as a step-in to the work of life
d) Basis structure in 5 elements:
(1) Conversations and contacts of advising specialists with unemployed young people
(2) Establishment and transfer of an individual development-plan
(3) Acquisition of working-places through specialists at the chambers
(4) Fitting intermediary, employment in an enterprise and support during the employment and
(6) conversation about what happened 6 months after the ending of the employment

The initiative of the country-part Nordrhein-Westfalen has been enlarged in 2001 with the partners: labour services as well as citizen and communal government. They give also financial support for the employment of the young people to firms. Labour- and social services decide about, if young people join in the initiative. Their join and the approval of the financing are necessary for the new entries in firms. The financial grant of the labour services to the employment costs is 30 % of the considered payment, the rest (40 %) is financed through the ministry of work and social affairs, qualification and technology of the country-part NRW. Young people can join in, if they were unemployed for 1 year, in some cases also after 6 moths in special needs. From 12 to a max. of 60 young people shall be advised through this support. The young people are supported several time in the firms, to be ready to react to certain problems.
