Short description:
A project of the County/Region of Aarhus

A) The target group is people who are working with career guidance, and to develop their competence/qualifications. The project is on a regional basis with many of the consultants from local municipalities as participants.

B) Individual aproach, Networking, Exchange of experience.

C) The main objectives are to make the participants of the project able to analyse the companies demand of manpower, how to find jobs matching to the unemployeds resources(skills), to make a strategic network between other career guides in the county/region of Aarhus.

D)The course is split into workshops/seminars with lectures, practise etc, aprox. 16-21 work days.

E) The effect of the project is expected to be that the participants (as individuals and as a group) have understood how to use the "new tools" in their daily work. This should make their career guidance more efficient and give them better qualifications to help people into work.
