a)Target groups :
Student recruitment from various school origins and of different ages (Bac S, STL ou Bac Pro, salarees...)
b) Methods : The first step in a qualification contract established by a company. After there is a selection of students to be agreed in this training.
This preparation is done by a particular way : a sandwich course system in which there is twenty-hour course a week on two days at the « Jules FERRY » school and fifteen hours in a company
c) Objectives and activities :
Preparation to a national examination : Upper Technician Diploma (BTS) in Biological Analysis. Strong adaptation of the training contents to the laboratory needs and real bioanalysis activities during the company sessions

Résultats 2002/2003
Number of Students registered :
- 4 registered in the second year
- 9 registered in the first year
Results at national level :
- 50 of students from QC pass the exam
- 52 % of students from initial training pass the exam
Results at local level
- 75% of students registered in « Jules FERRY » school pass the exam
- 8 students out of 9 are accepted in the second year
Job fit : very good job fit results.
Students become salarees and often get a change of their contract. From qualification contract which is a training contract to an indeterminated duration contract ( contract of salaree )
f) Project duration : a two-year preparation with continious control all along the contract and national examination at the end of the second year.. |
