Short description:

The purpose of this project is to cosolidate already developed INSET in the area of supporting teachers who wish to introduce a European Dimension into the general education of the 16-19 year old age group in terms of work experience. The chief means envisaged for consolidating this INSET is through the the development, production and dissemination of a training manual and video as well as through defining a framework for accreditation.The manual is anticipated for use by teachers in member states and will set out those approaches to the planning and management of partnerships involving European work experience which are most likely to produce high quality teaching and learning outcomes. This project is anticipated as a one-year initiative building an two years of work already undertaken within the framework of Comenius Complementary Measures.
Three Action 3.2 courses have been developed for delivery during the Spring of 1997.
