Short description:

The goal of this project with strong regional partnership is to develop skills of on-the-job trainers and cooperation between training institutions and employers. The idea is to lay the foundation for an international development centre to improve quality in mobillity of on-the-job trainers and to find new teaching methods. The regional partnership continues cooperation started in an ESF project. Participants will learn about different care, education and training methods in host organisations, pass on information about Finnish training, and plan future student placements. Six participants will go to Belgium for a week.
