Short description:

The realisation of the project will allow for an effective improvement of qualifications of people responsible for in-service training offered in companies. As part of the project an informal forum of trainers will be created which will be working on an adjustment of training management in Polish companies to Western European standards. The project aims to improve qualifications of each participant and to establish new standards for working in the company. During the exchange the beneficiaries will spend five days in selected companies under the supervision of training managers in Human Resources Departments. The beneficiaries will acquaint themselves with methods of managing human resources in companies and with details of various aspects of work of training departments. .
