Quality assurance on school improvement is everybody?s business. An important issue in mentioned problem is self-evaluation capabilities and presentation of results. There is also a general trend in Europe of shifting from central control of quality in schools to holding schools accountable for their own quality. But quality of education is a complex concept that can have many meanings, so governments and schools can use different definition of quality and different ways of assessing quality ? this leads to problems for regional and national authorities, but also for schools.We are intending to focus on school self-evaluation capabilities and presentation of results, which are useful for different stakeholders. Main activities in our project will be sharing expectation between various stakeholders and development of training materials (methodology and instruments) for headteachers and teaching staff.
