Innovative Local Project, Partnership Lycée-Entreprise
General overview.

A fifteen year-lasting training experience in the Lycée “Jules Ferry” in CANNES

Linked with the BTS experience of the Lycée ( Upper Technician diploma)

Created as an efficient answer to an economical demand

Current contents built step by step with the risponsables of companies

Annually reviewed

In agreement with the demands of companies and technological evolution

a) Target groups :

Students targeting a professional qualification directly usefull in specialized laboratories.

b) Methods : alternation composed by a six-months training in the Lycée Jules Ferry followed by six-months training activities in a company or a laboratory.

c) Objectives : link strongly general and technical training to real activities in laboratories and companies.

d) Activities : scientific and technical courses, workshops, seminars.

e) Outcomes : certifications for students and good job fit.

Project duration : one year

Next steps

· Developing of this expérience : creation of a « Professional Licence »in NICE University retaking the current contents and programs taught in the Lycée

· Setting an open area dedicated to living organism sciences and technics, Organized with the same characteristics of A.P.P. but entirely dedicated to biotechnology sciences and technics..
