Short description:
  • For small and medium sized enterprises and non-profit organisations and undergraduates of University of Kuopio
  • Designed to help enterprises and organisations develop their potential by utilising the skills of undergraduates in 10-12 week projects
  • Ideas for projects come from enterprises and organisations
  • Students get guidance from employers and university
  • Students are paid 1038 Euros per month (Savosteppi 40 % and companies 60%)
  • Training on project working, report writing and presentation techniques
  • Students write ten page reports on their projects and make a six to seven minute presentations at the Savosteppi Project companies
  • Projects are judged by reports, by presentation and by the benfits to host companies
