The project is addressed to a group of a second-year students specialising in marketing and business management. The Management International company which is a partner in the project will organise placements in several London-based companies and match them with the students` specialisations such as business management, marketing, accountancy and real estate. An initial training will be organised in order to acquaint the students with the characteristics of the functioning of British companies, certain stereotypes in the behaviour of British businessmen and methods of practising self-confidence. Apart from that the students will take part in another training organised by Management International during which they will get acquainted with usual requirements of British employers and with certain culture-specific issues.. |  |
