Short description:

As a part of the project teachers and headmasters of vocational schools and representatives of local administration will visit a Spanish educational establishment offering vocational education in the modular system. The participants will have an opportunity to acquaint themselves with a system of managing educational establishments on a regional level, methods of evaluating the quality of vocational schooling and adjusting training to labour market needs. Exchange of experience with a foreign partner and the knowledge gained during the project will be used in the works aimed at improving the vocational education and training system so that it would be able to offer new occupational qualifications or schooling based on the labour market demand. Apart from that, the project hopes to form a consultation team to deal with issues of vocational education on the local level and to adjust the educational offer to the local demand..
