Short description:

The goal is to teach key persons for the small and medium size companies in Central Finland. The goal is that the person can understand the importance of sale and marketing, financial management, personnel management and development of human resources as a success of business. During the project the course participant makes the development project with the tutor for the company. The goal is that after the project the course participants can get job in the companies.
