Short description:

The main objective of this 2 years project is to develop an in service training course for teachers who are responsible for the organisation of European apprenticeships for their pupils. The methodology to develop the training course consists in organising apprenticeships in companies for the involved staff members of the participating institutions themselves so that they can ' learn by experiencing ' what it means to organise a European apprenticeship. The main focus will be the acquisition of intercultural and communicative competencies.
In year 1, such apprenticeships for the staff members will be organised in DE, DK and NL. Experiences during these apprenticeships will be implemented in the draft of the inset training course.
At the end of year 1, an inset COM 2.2. will be organised.
