Short description:

A) The target group of the project is the newly unemployed with education/experience in administration. It is a neccesary to have certain ICT-skills such as word/excel etc. It is also a required that you have a certain interest in e-learning/long distance learning.

B) The course is divided into usual class-teaching and e-learning and as a part of the course it is a demand that you have a pc at home with an internet connection and the relevant programs. (If not, the course will make a computer available).

C) The main objectives are; to make a specific course in ICT-abilities which means the participants gain a higher level in ICT'ing skills (a certificate, which is required by many employers). In order to get the certificate you need to know about IT-security, Office2002 as an advanced user(databases etc.), bookkeeping in Navision C5. How to make an individual plan of education. How to make a job related jobsearch.

D) The course takes 19 hours a week with extra homework.

E) Hopefully the course will give the participants the qualifications needed to get a job in the administrative sector, either public or private. It is also expected that the participants are better prepared in their jobsearch and can make a more efficient jobsearch by themselves.
