Short description:

The aim of this two year project is to develop an INSET Module for experienced guidance practitioners towards improving competence in the field of transnational career guidance. This proposal is submitted by three institutions from three countries (SE, ES, UK). The project has the following framework for development.
Year One: A training curriculum is set up drawing on an extrapolation of the needs of guidance counsellors
across the participating countries.
Year Two: Delivering a training seminar using the materials developed in the project's first year.
These materials will be translated into the partner languages and disseminated.
