Norbert Kailer is Professor on the university of Linz. His enterprise is a research organisation.
Working emphases are:
· Co-operation with research and Consulting projects in an international networks of Consulters, researchers of universities and non-research institutes and with training providers and ministries especially in the European Union member states, the USA, Canada, Switzerland and Slovenia
· Market research in the international market for Trainings- and Consulting
· International Studies with partners from the USA and Austria about trends in the use of new learning technologies in the Training of enterprises and educational institutions
· Human resources development in enterprises, HRD in an international context, Management and Controlling of Training in enterprises
· Training for Managers and Consultants
· Co-operation between Industry and educational institutions, Training- and Consulting- Institutions, Co-operations between SME´s
· Support for founders of new enterprises, knowledge exchange of elder employed
· Research, Training, consulting and development of Training-Manuals, Checklists for Trainers, teachers and stagaires in the area of competence development, Management and Controlling in enterprises
· Publications of research projects in about 40 books and 200 journals of Prof. Kailer and his research team
