The project is build on careful analysis of on-going changes of social life in partner countries and global tendencies in general. Critical thinking skills, as universal strategy is directed for career education and guidance for all levels of secondary school. Integrated Programmes and Guidebook to the Programmes will help teachers to revise their teaching instructions and help students to identify their wishes, posibilities and capabilities.
"MIND/Critical Thinking for Successful Future Career in EU" is a project that sets out to help educators who seek to support the democratisation process through classroom instructions and to understand their role in a new way - as pupils' consultants and assistants for their independent learning. The project aims to: help educators reshape classroom instruction with a coherent set of teaching methods; promote critical thinking; and develop life-long learning skills.
The target group is composed of secondary school teachers and teacher trainers.
The project will set up a programme with certain teaching and learning framework, models and methods of staff development that can be used to train teachers.
The expected outcomes include: the programme for career education, using critical thinking methods and strategies for in-service training curriculum; and a Guidebook containing the didactic materials and recommendations for teachers and teacher trainers.
