Short description:
Die Entwicklungspartnerschaft Offensive für Ältere ist ein Zusammenschluss von 17 Partnern aus Wohlfahrt, Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft. Im Rahmen des Equal-Programmes der EU sollen innovative Ansätze erprobt werden, um Ungleichheit und Diskriminierung im Zusammenhang mit dem Arbeitsmarkt zu bekämpfen.
a) Ältere Arbeitslose und Erwerbstätige
b) Entwicklung passgenauer Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen, Betreuung und Beratung, Arbeitsplatzvermittlung über Patenschaften und Betriebsbörsen, länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit c) (Wieder)Herstellung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit, Schaffung zusätzlicher Arbeitsplätze, Entwicklung eines flexiblen Fördersystemes
d)Internetportal mit Downloads, links, Seminaren, Workshops, internationalen Kontaktpartnern, Infos über finanzielle Hilfen, Checklisten
e) mehr Arbeitsmöglichkeiten für ältere Arbeitslose.
