Results on Completion:
a) A model and framework for Career Guidance Support and Progression for ICT trainees, entitled ICT CC, with the potential for adoption by organisations involved in training and progression of disadvantaged unemployed and low skilled employees. Specific components of the model:-
b) ICT Career Guidance Training Support Products (DVD, web-based and video materials).
c) Resource Manual for trainers responsible for ICT career guidance for the target group in all partner languages.
d) Defined Career Progression Pathways tailored to the circumstances of the client group and linked to developments in ICT and opportunities for upskilling, (all partner languages).
e) Defined access programmes for ICT trainees from the target group into national certification programmes and to Third Level education.
f) A guide which correlates existing ICT Industry Certifications to national certification within each of the partner countries and their recognition by employers within the EU.
g) A tested ?after sales service? for present and future Irish, Italian, Greek, Finnish and Slovenian ICT trainees and former trainees to support their professional development and career progression.
h) The creation of Alumni structures, across the partner countries.
i) An In- Service Induction programme for tutors, training authorities an providers covering career guidance and professional development for ICT trainees from the target group (all partner languages).
j) ICT CC Online service providing all resources online with a ?portal? in each partner language.
k) Information Seminars for HR specialists and Line Managers to enable to them to utilise ICT CC as part of their career development talent management programmes.
