Short description:
a) Specialists in practice, policy and administration in the area support of disadvantaged people
b) German-wide database, available in internet, as CD-ROM and in printed version.
c) Through the database specialists in the area support of disadvantaged people shall use ideas, knowledge and experiences, that have been developed at other places, from other specialists or in similar working-fields. The database encloses information about improvements in policy and practice in the support of disadvantaged people.
d) The database PRAXIMO encloses information about innovative practice-models for the vocational and social integration of young people, especially of young people with disadvantages. The database collects German-wide data about such models and offers them in a way, that interested people can inform themselves quickly and widespread. It offers an overview about objectives, strategies for tranferability and experiences to new and common models, that support young people on their way in education and work. It encloses detailed descriptions of practice-models, that have been developed from specialists of the DJI and his co-operation-partner on the basis of standardised interviews and after project-visits. Praximo is an information-offer of the regional working-group of the German institution for young people (DJI) in Leipzig. The database is supported by the ministry of family, retained people, women and young people.

Internet-Database, annual published CD-ROM, in printed version publication in: "Practice-models". The new projects in the database are added each time in the content-table. Another publication is made in the way of "Materials" to different working-fields of the social work with young people..
