Short description:

The project focuses on the organisation of placements for students in various companies in the EU countries corresponding to the students` specialisations. The project`s main objective is to enable Polish students to have a chance to gain practical knowledge expanding the theoretical knowledge acquired at the university, to improve the level of education, occupational qualifications and foreign language competencies. This will help the beneficiaries prepare themselves to the real labour market requirements. New organisational solutions and management techniques presented during the placement will be used by the participants in their future jobs in Poland. In a long-term perspective the project will contribute to the gradual overcoming of barriers experienced by Poles on the European labour market..
