Short description:
a) older employees and employees, regional network of entrepreneurs, department for economics of the city Nürnberg, job market participants; international co-operation in the context of a trans-national partnership (project WISER - Worker integration Through Skill development and Experience Recognition
b) Portal, seminar rows, Human Resources development Workshops, Workshops to make aware of the situation development of concepts for self-steered learning
c) Development and application of a learning concept, that strengthens the sole responsibility of the persons employed for their careers and supports independent learning
d) Sensitisation of enterprises for the qualification of older persons employed by exchange of experience and Workshops with operating representatives and trainers in adult education, common development of concepts for self-steered learning, which are tested by in-plant established groups of learning; establishment of a regional network.
