A) The main target group of the project is students at busines schools and technical schools (technical gymnasiums). But it is also a very good way for a company to present itself and thereby give the students an interest in working in a specific company.
B) The Caravan travels thoughout Denmark and brings the companys "closer" to the students by meeting them in their own environment. The Caravan travels from school to school and at each school they set up different stands from companys (private as well as public). From the stand the company usually has a few employees explaining about the company and which job/trainee possibilities there are at their company.
C) The main objective is to create a way for the companys to communicate and present themselves to the students. But it is also very important guidance for the students as they get more insight in where to become apprentice/trainee.
D) The Caravan is divided into two sections; one for the busines schools and one for the techinical schools (technical gymnasiums).
The Caravan tours the busines schools in the weeks 38-49 (not during the holiday in week 42). They visit 100 busines schools and aprox. 34000 students are going to see the Caravan.
The Caravan visits the technical schools/gymnasium during the weeks 2-6. During that tour the Caravan visits 40 schools and sprox 16.000 students attend the Caravan.
E) Hopefully the Caravan gives the students a good introduction to a future workplace after ending their education in the schools. The presentation of the companys shold hopefully make it a lot clearer for the students where to seek an apprentice/trainee position. . |
