Short description:

a) selected target groups within the injured person range
b) system for the early recognition of new and/or changing qualification requirements for jobs with simple activities. An instrument is developed, with which future qualification requirements can be met be and statements about possibilities of the external and/or in-house competence development can be made.
c) Earliest possible recognition of changes in qualification requirements for target groups in the injured person range - presentation of the project results in documentation and InterNet platform
d) documentation and InterNet platform, Experts-workshops, trade fairs, scientific papers and books
e) employment of the materials in enterprises for the recognition of changed qualification requirements.
